We are still very much in the early stages of development so we might not have all the answers which is why we want to work with pilot users to better refine our product and offerings
What exactly is the pilot program?
In the pilot program, we will be working closely with about 5 companies/users as very early adopters to beta test the product and build out more features for their use cases. We have an MVP with limited features and that is what the pilot program participants will get access to and we will use your feedback to refine things further.
What is the pricing for the tool?
We haven’t figured out what the pricing will be which is one of the things we hope to learn during the pilot program based on what kind of value we can deliver and what usage is like. If you want to help out, then please sign up to be a part of the pilot program, it is 100% free for now
What are some of the features and functionalities we can look forward to?
Our vision is to create a set of tools that make the life of PMMs easy. Over the next months, we plan to introduce more buyer interviews (renewals, churn, onboarding, case studies, jobs-to-be-done, etc) and also introduce an AI content hub where you can create things like competitor battle cards, sales decks, one pagers, etc using the insights gained from the buyer interviews using just a prompt.
However, all these are dependent on the feedback we get during the pilot program when building side by side with you (if you decide to join).
Can we get a demo or trial version to see if the tool fits our needs before committing?
For now, using the product is 100% FREE because we are in the early stages and want to be sure that the product solves a need people are willing to pay for. After the pilot program and when we open up the product to everyone, there will likely be a free trial or even a free plan.
How does the tool handle situations where the buyers we want to interview are unresponsive?
At the moment, we only send one invite email and if it is ignored or not accepted, nothing further is done so as not to spam your buyers. However, as we refine the product, we plan to introduce incentives as a way to encourage more buyer to accept these invites.
What if our CRM has complex workflows and custom properties—will integration still be seamless?
Our MVP will accept all standard properties and we will work with you to add any custom properties on your CRM so that shouldn’t be an issue.
What if my team doesn’t have the time or resources to manage interviews, even if they’re automated?
We believe that all serious teams should make out time to speak with users which is why we’re focused on teams who have the time to do so. However, we are open to providing you a specialized PMM from our network to help you handle the interviews (at a cost) but we will only consider this in special cases.
If we decide to cancel, how will our data be handled? Will we still have access to historical insights?
We will work with you to download all your recordings and transcript if you decide to cancel your subscription.
